The Soap Shop makes every effort to ensure that your personal data remains confidential and undertakes not to disclose them.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1-10 days working (unless otherwise specified and except for pre-orders) with signature at a fixed price (which may be subject to change). We do our best to get them to you as quickly as possible. On the other hand, if it is a pre-order, the reception times increase considerably and will be specified for each item.
Purolator is the company we deal with for the delivery of your packages. It is on their site that you will be able to view the transit status of your order as soon as you have received an email from us informing you that your order has been processed.
Before finalizing your order and proceeding to payment, please ensure that your address is correct and that your apartment number is entered (if it is). If you make an error, your order will be returned to us at your expense and we will resend it to you at your expense as well.
As these are personal hygiene products, reimbursement, order cancellation, return or exchange of goods is unfortunately not possible.
However, if one or more of your items is damaged upon receipt, if you have not received the correct item, if an item is missing or otherwise, we will be happy to assess the situation with you and find the best solution together, always with the aim of satisfying you.
Please note that dissatisfaction with a smell or color, unfortunately, is not eligible for a refund. It is your responsibility.

Rights: La Shop à Savons reserves all rights to its logo, images and videos that are disclosed on its website and may under no circumstances be used without our permission.
Payments: Payments are made by credit cards (VISA / Mastercard / American Express) or by bank transfer. For orders paid by bank transfer, you must send us the total of your purchase to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. As long as we have not received your payment, we will not process your order.
Picking: If you live near Lévis, you can choose the Pickup option to avoid delivery costs. Pickup is by appointment that we will determine together according to your availability and ours. However, if you have chosen this option in error, we will wait for payment of the delivery charges from you before shipping your order with Purolator.
Products: All of our products are for external use only. In the event of an allergic reaction with the product used, please discontinue use and consult your doctor if necessary. Please note that we do not recommend lip scrubs for people with food allergies related to almonds, mango butter, and any fruits that we may use in our products. Please note that there is no guarantee that, for example, the lime scrub will not contain a trace of another fruit / flavor and vice versa. It is your responsibility to make sure the product is right for you.
